The Importance of ISO 9001/2000

It has always been our greatest goal to offer our patients top quality standards and service.

For this reason we decided to install a quality management system which we have been using successfully for many years. In March 2001 our quality management system received ISO 9001/2000 certification and we take great pride in being Austria’s first dental office to have employed a quality management system.

It is our aim to streamline and customize our services to fit our patients’ needs. We continually strive to improve our operational effectiveness as well as the experience for our patients. We use patients’ and staff’s feedbacks to learn how we can improve.

Our last extensive patient survey by Freudenthaler Institute showed a great satisfaction level among patients (1.27 on a scale of 5 with 5 being the worst). Patients reported an average wait of only 7.7 minutes.
